The apartment can also be rented for short stays up to 4 hours for €40, or for one night at €50.
For long-term rental, the monthly rent is €550, payable in advance, including the 14 m² underground parking space and the costs for electricity, water, building maintenance, cable TV, and internet.

For longer-term stays, two months’ rent (€1,100) is required in advance, which will be refunded to the tenant at the end of the rental period, provided there is no damage to the apartment and all bills have been paid on time and verified.
